Abstract. The article presents the results of a comprehensive survey and reinforcement of the structures of a cultural heritage site - a hydrotherapy facility built in 1908 in the city of Maikop in the Republic of Adygea with the implementation of antiseismic measures. As a result of the survey, critical defects and damage to the supporting structures of the hydrotherapy building were identified. Based on the data from instrumental studies and verification calculations, a set of engineering solutions has been developed to improve the seismic stability of structures. Special attention is paid to reinforcement techniques that ensure the preservation of the historical and architectural value of the object. The implementation of the project made it possible to ensure that the facility meets modern requirements for earthquake resistance while preserving its historical authenticity. After completing the entire complex of restoration and reinforcement measures, the building was restored to its historical appearance. The facility has been fully restored and is functioning successfully, contributing to the cultural development of the region.
