Abstract. The experience of developing and implementing a professional retraining program at Moscow State University of Civil Engineering "Control and supervisory activities in the construction of buildings and structures, including in the field of individual housing construction" using distance learning technologies is considered. It is shown how the program meets the requirements of the legislation. and the professional standard "Construction Control Specialist", as well as current trends in the digitalization of the construction industry. The graduate's target model, modular structure (four logically interconnected modules), thematic content and learning outcomes for each module, including the development of information modeling technologies, digital document management and aeromonitoring tools, are described. The requirements for video materials, test tasks and the functionality of the educational portal, which provide the opportunity for students to learn, are described. from anywhere in the world. The program makes it possible to eliminate the identified shortage of construction control and supervision personnel. Based on the results of the analysis of open literary sources, it is one of the first Russian programs implemented in a fully remote format in this field.
