Abstract. In the context of the digital transformation of the construction industry, Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies are seen as a key tool for enhancing the efficiency and transparency of lifecycle management for capital construction projects. BIM is defined as a combination of policies, processes, and technologies that ensure the creation and use of a unified digital model of the object and related data at all stages of the lifecycle. However, the implementation of BIM in construction organizations often encounters organizational and managerial barriers: the dominance of rigid hierarchical structures, a disconnect between design and construction, weak horizontal links, and fragmentation of information flows. The purpose of this article is to develop a conceptual model of the organizational and managerial mechanism for adapting a construction enterprise to the BIM environment. The study employs systematic and process approaches, structural-functional analysis, modeling of organizational structures, as well as the generalization of empirical research results on BIM implementation and analysis of interaction networks among project participants. The result of the research is a description of the target network organizational architecture of an enterprise operating in the BIM environment, along with the identification of key subsystems of the adaptation mechanism. A phased roadmap for transitioning from traditional hierarchy to a network structure is proposed, relying on existing international and national standards for information modeling.
