Abstract. Mathematical modeling is the most convenient way to study the air regime of a high-rise residential building, which allows to get a complete picture of the movement of air flows under the influence of various factors. At the same time, many factors make it difficult to analyze air flows in a building and can lead to incorrect interpretation of modeling results. In this article, an algorithm for constructing a mathematical model of the air regime of a high-rise residential building is proposed, which assumes consistent accounting of the main architectural and engineering solutions. Data of the pressure drops distribution on leakage enclosures and elements of exhaust mechanical ventilation systems of flats with a natural air supply through facade valves are presented.
