Abstract. A comparative analysis of the numerical experiments results of the aspiration system of a crushing and screening shop performed in foreign software systems SolidWorks, STAR CCM+ and using a new domestic software product LOGOS is presented. Spatial fields of temperature distribution, air velocity, and dust concentration are obtained during the mixing of hot gas with cold dust-air flow and subsequent interaction with the hard surfaces of a cyclone with a complex configuration during the cold season. The adequacy of the numerical modeling results in various software packages has been proved, which makes it possible to justify the use of the new LOGOS software package for calculations of various aerodynamic processes, including multiphase ones with an admixture in the form of building materials wet dust.
