Abstract. The problem of the transition to a digital format for representing the parameters of building climatology is considered using the example of Moscow. The paper substantiates the need for a digital format for presenting construction climatology data instead of the outdated "paper" format used today in the current version of the code of rules for construction climatology. The transition to a 30-year calculation period for statistical processing of primary climate data is justified. A retrospective analysis of Moscow's climate change over the period from 1780 to 2020 has been conducted. The relevance of the study lies in the need to take into account new meteorological data to clarify climatological parameters while increasing their detail in order to timely reflect the rate of climate change. The effectiveness and significance of the work consists in presenting the most convenient and accessible format for using climate data contained in the regulatory document on building climatology, as well as updating and adapting these data (accounting for hourly, climatological parameters of typical climatic years for all regions) for construction in different regions of Russia. The research results have shown that when calculations are carried out based on 30 years of climate data, the main temperature parameters of building climatology for Moscow are increasing, which indicates a more accurate accounting of the climate warming occurring in recent decades.
