Abstract. The article is devoted to the development and implementation of innovative methods making it possible to improve the efficiency and reliability of construction processes in extreme climatic conditions. The study used data on construction processes and possible risks of concreting in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. The methodology is based on the application of artificial intelligence algorithms for data processing and analysis. The methods of machine learning, big data analysis and modeling were used to optimize the concreting process, as well as planning and design methods that take into account the specific operating conditions in the Arctic. The result of the research was the development of a methodology for improving the process of concreting monolithic structures, including forecasting and control algorithms based on artificial intelligence. The methodology makes it possible to predict possible problems and comprehensively manage the processes of construction of monolithic reinforced concrete structures at all stages of construction. The introduction of artificial intelligence systems has made it possible to optimize planning, logistics, resource management and quality control, which has led to shorter construction times and lower costs. The development and implementation of adapted technologies based on neural modeling opens up new opportunities for efficient construction in extreme conditions.
