Abstract. The article presents a model of economic assessment of options for the implementation of the Housing Renovation Program in Moscow. The purpose of the study is to conduct an economic assessment of the options for implementing the renovation program in a separate territory (district, integrated development project, territory planning project, etc.). The options for implementing the program are compared depending on modifications of technical and economic indicators, the amount of required costs, the timing of the project, sources of financing and methods of implementation. Based on the calculation of profitability and economic justification, management decisions are made to choose the optimal option for the development of a renovation program in a separate territory. The authors present assumptions and methods for calculating the basic indicators of the model.
