Abstract. The construction of tunnels in conditions of dense urban development has an impact on buildings and engineering communications located near the daytime surface. With the help of dispersion analysis, the selection of factors affecting the subsidence of the earth's surface and buildings during tunneling was carried out. Four models have been developed based on statistically significant parameters that can predict deformations at the pre-design stage. The research was carried out using geotechnical monitoring data, as well as information on the technological indicators of shield sinking during the construction of single-track lines of the Moscow Metro using a mechanized tunnel boring complex l with a ground truck. The obtained equations trace the dependence of the additional displacement of the monitoring object, which is located above the projected tunnel, and the average pressure of the load causing these deformations. In one of the considered models, a significant statistical influence of the building's number of storeys was revealed. In other models, the influence of the parameters of the distance from the tunnel axis to the monitoring object and the depth of the tunnel is noted, but their contribution to the model response is significantly less than that of other parameters. An idea of the influence of these parameters can be useful for predicting changes in the stress-strain state and movements of the soil surrounding the tunnel at similar facilities with similar engineering and geological conditions and technological parameters of sinking.
