Abstract. The standards of pedestrian, pedestrian-transport accessibility of social infrastructure facilities at the district level (kindergartens, schools, polyclinics) in Moscow are given, and a comparative analysis of the presented indicators is performed. The features of the practical application of regulatory documents for assessing pedestrian and pedestrian-transport accessibility of social infrastructure facilities are considered. The main stages and difficulties of carrying out such an assessment based on the standard travel time are noted. Alternative standards of pedestrian and transport accessibility of healthcare facilities for the territory of Moscow are proposed, calculated according to the standard accessibility radii. These radii of regulatory accessibility correspond to the standards of pedestrian-transport accessibility in minutes, applied in accordance with the approved documents. The use of the proposed radii will reduce labor costs for assessing accessibility while maintaining high accuracy of the results obtained. The main areas of application of the results of the assessment of pedestrian and pedestrian-transport accessibility of social infrastructure facilities are shown.
