Asbstract. Steel sheet piles in modern domestic construction have a wide range of types, section shapes and areas of application. Currently, the range of domestically produced sheet piles is limited to one brand, which leads to irrational design of structures in various areas of construction. The development of a new range of sheet piles will make it possible to fill the need of the Russian market for the use of economically more rational brands of sheet piles. The article considers the main types of structures of sheet piling systems, assesses and analyzes the influence of changes in geometric properties on the calculated characteristics of the pile section. A new range of sheet piles was developed for EVRAZ NTMK based on the results of work carried out in the laboratories of the TsNIISK named after. V. A. Kucherenko. The geometric parameters of the piles are given and a comparison with foreign analogues is made. The use of a new range of sheet piles will contribute to import substitution.
