Abstract. In connection with the entry of new territories into the Russian Federation, it became necessary to develop building climatology standards for them, which are necessary for the design and construction of buildings and structures in the cities of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, as well as in Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. Therefore, work was carried out to prepare Amendment No. 2 to Code of Practice for Climatology SP 131.13330.2020 "SNiP 23-01-99* Building Climatology". Based on the monitoring of 23 operating meteorological stations in the new territories considered, it was found that a significant part has gaps in the series of climatic observations, lasting from 10 to 25 years. Therefore, 9 points with meteorological stations were chosen for inclusion in the Code of Rules. As a result of the work carried out, it became possible to calculate the climatic parameters for the cold and warm periods of the year, the average monthly and annual air temperatures, the maximum daily amplitude of air temperature in July, the average monthly and annual partial pressure of water vapor, the average and maximum daily amplitude of the outdoor air temperature, and also to carry out climatic zoning for these regions.
