Abstract. The life cycle of a capital construction object consists of several stages, each of which accumulates a certain amount of information necessary for the implementation of the processes of the next stage and the implementation of the construction project as a whole. The quality, timing of execution and economic efficiency of a construction project depend, among other things, on how reliably and continuously the information will be accumulated and transmitted. The current level of development of information technology makes it possible to create a digital information model at each stage of the life cycle of an object, which contains information about the object under construction and automates the solution of many organizational and technological tasks. By ensuring the reliability and continuity of data at all stages of the life cycle, it is possible to form an actual digital information model of demolition and dismantling, which contributes to the organization of an effective construction waste management system. The presence of such an information model at the stage of liquidation of the facility will make it possible to effectively carry out further forecasting and planning of construction waste management.
