    Abstract. The objectives of forming an enlarged schedule of costs for the construction of facilities when implementing large-scale urban projects are considered. The method of the enlarged calculation of capital construction costs is shown, which is based on the volume indicators formed at the stage of preparation of urban planning documentation, the marginal values of the cost of production and sales of a unit of volume. An algorithm for allocating costs by years of capital construction has been developed. The model takes into account the probability of changes in the terms of construction of objects. The presented methods and algorithms are tested on the example of the renovation program of the housing stock of the city of Moscow. It is established that these methods and algorithms can be used for an early assessment of the volume of costs when implementing large-scale capital construction projects, as well as to justify costs in the long term.
