Abstract.Urban planning reorganization and development of the territories of the existing residential development on the territory of the city of Moscow is carried out within the framework of the Program of renovation of the housing stock in the city of Moscow. These measures are aimed at updating (reorganizing) the living environment and creating favorable living conditions for citizens, ensuring the development of residential areas and their improvement. The purpose of the research was to develop a methodology for preparing combined relocation schedules for renovation areas according to the territory planning project based on information on the timing and volume of construction of residential and non-residential facilities, as well as proposals for adjusting the Program implementation plans, indicating the timing and order of execution to coordinate the work. A methodology for monitoring the implementation of the Renovation Program is presented, based on the principles of calendar planning, which makes it possible to establish links between its various elements and territorial units: from the "starting" house in the renovation quarter (site) to the implementation of the Program in the city as a whole. This makes it possible to form a unified approach to planning and managing the implementation of the Renovation Program. The possibilities of the presented methodology are illustrated by the example of the city of Moscow in the appendix to the renovation areas during the development and implementation of territorial planning projects.
