Abstract. The analysis of the dynamics of the values of indicators of urban development in Moscow is carried out annually by specialists of the Scientific and Design Center "City Development", since 2015. The article considers the results of research for 2017-2020 and the forecast of the dynamics of the values of indicators up to and including 2024. The list of territories with consistently low and high values of indicators actually achieved in 2017-2020 and forecast in 2021-2024 is presented. In addition, a forecast of the dynamics of the values of indicators of urban development is given, taking into account the identified changes over a retrospective period. As a result of the research, a list of territories has been formed that will require special attention when forming and implementing urban development measures in Moscow. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the assessment and forecasting of changes in urban planning processes make it possible to identify areas that require special attention in the coming years, as well as timely adjust plans for their development in the longer term.
Key words: urban development, indicative indicators, dynamics of indicator values, potential jobs, municipalities, service infrastructure facilities, housing provision. - REFERENCES
