Abstract. The article is devoted to the basic principles of monitoring the processes of interlinking the activities of the "Development of the Urban Environment" program and controlling the coordination of documentation between state and commercial organizations using an information and analytical system. The purpose of monitoring the processes of interlinking the activities of the program considered is to increase the efficiency and accuracy of data acquisition, transparency of ongoing processes using algorithms developed by employees of the Research and Design Center "City Development". The article describes the process of creating and using algorithms for timely updating and presentation of attribute and documentary data. The algorithms are based on the principle of systematization, which involves entering data on a permanent basis in a special information system, which allows all participants of events to monitor the situation in real time and track deadlines. On the basis of data obtained, report forms are generated that contain the minimum necessary attribute set for making important management decisions. Automation of the State program "Development of the Urban Environment" will make it possible to combine the work of departments, the customer and third-party organizations, if necessary.
Key words: program "Development of the Urban Environment", monitoring processes of interlinking events, model, business process, optimization, algorithm, information system.
