Abstract. The method of monitoring the implementation of the renovation program, based on the principles of calendar planning, is considered. The proposed method makes it possible to establish links between various elements of the program and territorial units from the "starting" house in the renovation block (site) to the implementation of the program in the city as a whole. This makes it possible to form a unified approach to planning and managing the implementation of the renovation program. The possibilities of the method presented are illustrated by the example of the city of Moscow in the Appendix to the renovation areas during the development and implementation of territory planning projects. To build deterministic models, the method using the Gantt chart was chosen, which made it possible to visualize the entire process of territory reorganization under the renovation program. As a result of the work performed, an updated forecast schedule for the implementation of the program and proposals were developed in order to adjust the program plans, indicating the timing and order of execution for coordinating the work.
