Abstract. An approach to linking the design and construction plans of capital construction projects (on the basis of territory planning projects) and corresponding engineering infrastructure (with due regard for complex scheme of engineering support), demolition of an evicted house and its engineering infrastructure both within the stage (wave) of renovation and linking of the waves themselves is presented. The proposed approach is based on the method of network and calendar planning with due regard for the peculiarities of the renovation carried out in Moscow, first of all - the scale of its processes in time and in the urban space. The combined network schedules obtained as a result of linkage give a complete picture of the renovation activities in their relationship, make it possible to plan the interaction of participants in the implementation of the renovation program throughout its duration. The proposed combined network schedule makes it possible to develop schedules for synchronous execution of works on laying engineering networks of various types of resource saving, to monitor compliance with the terms of the beginning and completion of activities under the renovation program, etc.
Key words: complex scheme of engineering support, territory planning project, renovation program, network planning, combined schedule. - REFERENCES
